Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services (SFBFS) operates a small resource room for people experiencing all forms of hardships and crisis.  Resource Central provides personal assistance through qualified counselors to families and individuals seeking a variety of assistance such as utility assistance, nutrition and mental health counseling, shelter and housing options, adult education, etc.  SFBFS either provides theses services internally through our different programs, or refers them to partnering agencies.
